An online campus can seem to be a bit of a farce until you realize its value. For a normal full time student, travelling to a campus and spending time there may be the right thing to do; there is nothing wrong with it and is perhaps the best way to pursue higher education. But in certain circumstances, going to a physical campus is just out of the question.
Sometimes this is due to monetary issues, but more often than not this is due to a time issue. No working professional has the time to go to a campus on working days and none of them will be willing to sacrifice the weekend to attend part time classes. So for most of them, a distance learning degree is the most viable solution. Getting a bachelor degree or a masters or MBA is within reach when you can work according to your own schedule.
If you are interested in pursuing this avenue of education, then all you have to do is look online. There are plenty of physical and virtual universities offering education degrees online and all you have to do is pick one of them. However, do not be hasty and pick the first one you see. Visit a few forums and listen to what its members are saying. You may discover some to be below standard, some to be fakes and some to be the best of the best. Do not let cost be the only deciding factor in your decision.
